SingleStore is seeking an exceptional GTM Revenue Systems Manager to join our growing team remotely from Costa Rica.   • • As the owner of our end-to-end revenue technology stack, you will be instrumental in driving optimization, enhancing efficiency, and maximizing productivity. Your primary focus will be on the strategic management of our current systems, ensuring the highest standards of data integrity, and developing robust insights and reporting capabilities that empower our GTM teams. This is more than just a systems role; it's an opportunity to be a critical architect of our revenue engine, directly influencing our growth trajectory.
  • • You will be a key member of the GTM Operations team, providing essential support for our existing technology infrastructure. This includes proactively identifying areas for improvement, conceptualizing and implementing enhancements, and meticulously defining the overarching systems strategy and roadmap. Your insights will guide our technological investments and ensure our systems are not only meeting current needs but are also future-proofed to support our ambitious expansion plans.
  • • Your responsibilities will span the entire GTM technology lifecycle. This includes evaluating, selecting, implementing, and managing a suite of GTM tools such as CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), Sales Engagement Platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft), CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tools, and other revenue-critical applications. You will ensure seamless integration between these platforms, fostering a unified and efficient GTM ecosystem.
  • • Data integrity and governance will be paramount. You will establish and enforce data quality standards, implement data cleansing processes, and develop strategies to ensure our GTM data is accurate, complete, and actionable. This foundation of reliable data will be critical for generating meaningful insights and driving informed decision-making across sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • • You will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive reporting and analytics capabilities. This involves creating dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide clear visibility into GTM performance, pipeline health, sales forecasts, and key operational metrics. Your work will enable leadership to understand trends, identify bottlenecks, and make strategic adjustments to optimize performance.
  • • Collaboration will be at the heart of your role. You will work closely with GTM leadership, sales operations, marketing operations, finance, and IT teams to understand their needs, gather requirements, and translate them into effective system solutions. Building strong relationships and fostering cross-functional alignment will be key to your success.
  • • You will also play a crucial role in change management, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and processes. This includes developing training materials, conducting user training sessions, and providing ongoing support to GTM teams to maximize their utilization and proficiency with our technology stack.
  • • Proactively researching and staying abreast of emerging trends and best practices in GTM technology and operations will be essential. You will identify opportunities to leverage new tools and methodologies to further enhance our GTM effectiveness and competitive advantage.
  • • Ultimately, your mission is to empower our GTM teams with the tools and insights they need to succeed. By optimizing our revenue systems, you will directly contribute to increased sales productivity, improved customer engagement, and accelerated revenue growth for SingleStore.
