• • We're looking for a GTM Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our ambitious goal of scaling operations twice in the next 4 years, with a major focus on extending Sales & Marketing functions in the US, LATAM and Canada.
• • Our recruitment process prioritizes quality assessment and attracting top talent in the market.
• • In this role, you will work predominantly with roles within our Sales and Marketing teams, managing the entire candidate funnel from screening to job offer.
• • You’ll have the possibility to innovate, optimize processes, and build partnerships with hiring managers, acting as a partner and advisor.
• • You'll be supported by specialists in sourcing, Employer Brand, and TA enablement, along with top-tier recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Gem, Monday, and Metaview) to ensure efficiency, speed, and quality in hiring.
• • This role is fully remote within the US (North Carolina, Florida, Texas or Georgia) with a flexible schedule.
• • Own end-to-end global GTM hiring projects as a TA Specialist and project manager
• • Co-design the assessment process when needed: scorecards, interview plans, and evaluation tools
• • Maintain accurate analytics (pipeline health, conversion metrics, quality signals) and use insights to improve outcomes
• • Partner closely with the sourcing team to build strong pipelines and engage top talent proactively
• • Evaluate candidates’ competencies and values fit using structured methods (screening calls, CBI interviews, etc.)
• • Deliver an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience
• • 3+ years of experience in global full-cycle recruitment (end-to-end hiring ownership)
• • Experience hiring for GTM roles in B2B sales in the US
• • Demonstrated focus on hiring quality, with a structured and deep assessment approach
• • Strong commitment to best-in-class candidate experience and consistently high hiring standards
• • Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment with high autonomy and full project ownership
• • Data-driven mindset: ability to track funnel metrics, analyze conversions, and use insights to improve hiring outcomes
• • Stakeholder management: ability to advise hiring managers, run strong intakes, and influence decisions
• • Knowledge of the competency-based approach in interviewing
