📋 Description

• This role is a mini-founder position focused on building and scaling the GTME (Go-to-Market Engineering) community at Clay Labs Inc., serving as the connective tissue between the global community of practitioners and internal teams like Sales, CX, Marketing, and Product.
• Day to day, you will help scale Clay Clubs globally by defining event quality standards, re-energize the digital Slack community of 30K+ members, build operational systems for 84+ global chapters, create seamless IRL to URL experiences, surface community insights to internal teams, and partner on international expansion efforts.
• Clay Labs Inc. is a fast-growing AI-powered growth platform backed by Sequoia, CapitalG, and First Round, with $100M+ revenue and a $5B valuation, known for its unique culture where employees are DJs, activists, writers, clowns, marathoners, and more, and where all staff have access to world-class coaches in creativity and management.
• In this role, you will learn to build and scale a first-of-its-kind, globally distributed community of AI-native GTM practitioners, develop operational playbooks for community health, and drive real impact by turning community energy into product, sales, and talent outcomes while working alongside passionate, unconventional teammates.

• Experienced community builder with proven experience building or scaling something real, ideally both inside and outside of a job
• Systems thinker who creates playbooks only after observing repeated patterns and pain points
• Operator who actively participates in Slack, hosts events, and shows up in the work
• Warm, humble, and fearlessly passionate individual who fosters trust and connectedness
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity with no established playbook for a globally distributed AI-native GTM community
• Proven hunger and impact-driven mindset — not just potential
