📋 Description

• The GTME University Lead is a mini-founder role responsible for shaping the strategic vision and content roadmap of Clay University, the core IP of the GTME Ecosystem, to become the definitive hub for Go-to-Market Engineers worldwide.
• Day to day, the role involves owning the persona journey map, creating and shipping content, leading and growing the content team as a player-coach, building cross-functional content pipelines, launching experimental programs, and measuring content impact to build a defensible inbound flywheel.
• Clay Labs Inc. is a fast-growing AI-powered growth platform backed by Sequoia, CapitalG, and First Round, with $100M in revenue and a $5B valuation, serving thousands of customers including Anthropic, Notion, Google, and Ramp, and fostering a unique culture of creativity and experimentation.
• In this role, you will learn to operate at the intersection of content strategy and execution, build scalable systems for content velocity, shape the emerging discipline of GTM Engineering, and develop founder-level ownership over a product that serves as the primary brand surface of the entire GTME Ecosystem.

• A learner first, teacher second — someone who experiments with new frontier models immediately upon release
• Obsessed with shipping cadence — prioritizing timely delivery of good content over delayed perfection
• Comfortable in ambiguity and willing to build AI-native solutions without relying on established playbooks
• Proven hunger — demonstrated experience running a content function, program, or publication where they set both the pace and the bar
