- • Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering coding objectives within the job area, maintaining current experience with St Charles coding systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance in medical coding workflows, collaborating with team members to meet productivity and quality benchmarks, adapting to evolving coding guidelines and regulations, and contributing to process improvements through consistent, reliable performance.
- • The HB Coding Lead will work within Guidehouse’s General Coding job family, part of a larger organization that values equity, opportunity, and professional development, with a strong emphasis on supporting employees through comprehensive benefits and inclusive hiring practices, including consideration of qualified applicants with criminal histories under fair chance ordinances.

🎯 Requirements
- • High School diploma/GED or 3 years of relevant equivalent experience in lieu of diploma/GED
- • Current experience with St Charles coding system
- • Ability to initiate and follow through on projects and work independently with minimal supervision
