  • • As the HCP Marketing Manager at DexCom, you will drive increased awareness, preference, and recommendation of Dexcom CGM among healthcare professionals across Canada, accelerating adoption in key segments through impactful omnichannel programs and strong sales enablement.
  • • You will elevate HCP familiarity and engagement by optimizing conference strategies, educational content, and digital touchpoints, while delivering measurable growth in new patient starts tied to HCP marketing and field activities.
  • • You will equip field teams with best-in-class tools and resources for clinic-level impact and ensure consistent, compliant, and evidence-based messaging across all HCP interactions and channels.

  • • You will work within DexCom Canada’s Marketing team, where strategy, science, and storytelling converge to empower healthcare professionals, collaborating closely with Sales, Medical, and Global teams to influence patient outcomes through data-driven, compliant marketing initiatives.
  • • In this role, you will develop strategic marketing programs grounded in market insights and HCP behavior, lead non-personal promotion (NPP) initiatives including digital campaigns and virtual education, manage paid media strategies and agency relationships, and create sales enablement tools that extend field team effectiveness.
  • • You will gain expertise in translating brand strategy into executable tactics, managing KPIs and budgets, optimizing campaign performance, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree and 8–12 years of related experience in marketing, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals
  • • Proven experience developing and executing HCP marketing strategies aligned with national and global brand objectives, including product launch support
  • • Demonstrated expertise in omnichannel marketing, including digital, paid media, webinars, conferences, and non-personal promotion (NPP) channels
  • • Experience leading NPP initiatives such as HCP social media (where compliant), email campaigns, landing pages, webinars, and virtual education programs
  • • Strong ability to partner with Sales teams to develop enablement tools like talk tracks, objection handlers, and training materials that support account-level execution
  • • Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs (awareness, adoption, NPS, ROI), managing budgets, and optimizing performance in fast-paced environments
