📋 Description

• Head of Accounting / Controller responsible for building and leading the accounting function at a critical stage of scale for Netomi AI Inc., a leading agentic AI platform for enterprise customer experience.
• Owns the financial close process, transitions the company from lightweight cash-based processes to disciplined accrual accounting, strengthens internal controls, and establishes a reliable finance operating backbone for management and investors.
• Works within a fast-moving, enterprise AI environment backed by WndrCo, Y Combinator, and Index Ventures, serving global brands like Delta Airlines, MetLife, MGM, and United.
• Partners with leadership to ensure financial integrity and scalability as the company grows, enabling trust in financial reporting and supporting strategic decision-making.

• Hands-on expertise in month-end close, accrual accounting, and financial controls.
