- • Build and lead a team of world-class adversarial researchers, reverse engineers, and threat intelligence analysts to drive the organization's research and development efforts.
- • Continuously monitor, analyze, and document advanced threat actor campaigns, novel toolkits, TTPs, and malware variants.
- • Perform deep-dive adversarial research, including adversary emulation and malware analysis, to uncover new attack vectors and partner with Detection Engineering to translate these findings into high-fidelity, AI-driven detections.
- • Author high-impact blogs, whitepapers, and technical reports on novel findings and represent the organization at premier cybersecurity conferences and industry events.
- • Act as the ultimate escalation point for complex threat analysis, working closely with the SOC, Incident Response, and Software Engineering teams to ensure our AI models and human analysts are equipped with the latest intelligence.
- • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the business, including the SOC, Incident Response, and Software Engineering teams.
- • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of cybersecurity and threat intelligence, including emerging technologies and trends.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize research initiatives that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- • Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure the effective management of research projects and the delivery of high-quality results.
- • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the research team, encouraging open communication, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.
- • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the organization's products and services, including their features, functionality, and limitations.
- • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the field of cybersecurity and threat intelligence.
- • Develop and maintain relationships with key industry partners, including vendors, partners, and other stakeholders.
- • Collaborate with the organization's leadership team to develop and implement strategies for driving business growth and innovation.
- • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the organization's business goals, objectives, and strategies.
- • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the field of cybersecurity and threat intelligence.
- • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the organization's products and services, including their features, functionality, and limitations.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize research initiatives that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years in cyber threat intelligence, adversarial research, reverse engineering, or offensive security, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or team-building role.
- • Deep understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK framework, threat actor methodologies, and the cybercrime ecosystem.
- • Hands-on expertise analyzing malware, exploit kits, and adversary infrastructure.
- • A proven track record of published research, public speaking, or community contributions (blogs, CVEs, conference talks).
