• • As Head of Advertising and Media for Vantage at Acquisition.com, you will own paid media strategy and execution for a high-growth membership business unit, scaling 8-figure ad budgets across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, X, and other platforms to drive predictable member growth and revenue.
• • You will manage end-to-end paid acquisition, including budget allocation, campaign optimization, creative strategy using AI, performance tracking via custom dashboards, and collaboration with external media partners, reporting directly to leadership on ROI and scalability.
• • You will join a mission-driven team at Acquisition.com focused on making real-world business education accessible, operating within a culture defined by competitive greatness, sincere candor, and unimpeachable character.
• • In this role, you will build a scalable, data-driven paid media engine that turns organic leverage into predictable, profitable growth, directly impacting revenue and helping the company achieve $100M in MRR within 12 months, with 70% attributed to ads.
