  • • Lead the company-wide adoption and scaling of AI across all 15+ business units, transforming isolated initiatives into a unified, structured AI strategy.
  • • Drive the integration of AI tools into daily workflows to automate routine tasks, accelerate productivity, and enable teams to work faster and more effectively.
  • • Establish clear, practical AI governance frameworks for data access, security, cost control, and ethical usage — ensuring guardrails enhance rather than hinder innovation.
  • • Act as a hands-on practitioner: build, test, and demonstrate AI solutions firsthand, including custom agents, MCP integrations, and workflow automation tools.
  • • Serve as the primary liaison between engineering teams (already deeply embedded in AI) and non-technical departments (beginning their AI journey), translating technical capabilities into actionable business value.
  • • Cultivate an AI-first culture by empowering internal AI champions, organizing workshops (including vibecoding sessions), and sharing real-world use cases through internal channels.
  • • Develop and distribute clear, accessible communication materials — guides, posts, demos — to explain complex AI concepts to diverse audiences across the organization.
  • • Define investment priorities for AI tools, platforms, and infrastructure; justify decisions to C-level leadership with data-driven insights and measurable outcomes.
  • • Operate with autonomy: select, pilot, and deploy software, subscriptions, or custom-built solutions without bureaucratic delays — speed and impact are prioritized over process.
  • • Collaborate directly with C-level executives and department heads to align AI initiatives with company-wide goals and measure impact across departments.
  • • Maintain a balance between strategic leadership (60%) and hands-on technical work (40%), remaining actively involved in building and testing AI solutions.
  • • Scale existing internal momentum: leverage the company’s already AI-fluent workforce, active champions, and proven use cases (e.g., localization agents, meeting summarization, workflow automation) to accelerate adoption.
  • • Foster a culture where AI becomes an organic habit, not a top-down mandate — encouraging experimentation, learning from failures, and peer-driven adoption.
  • • Ensure AI adoption is inclusive, accessible, and supportive of all roles, from engineering to marketing, HR, and operations.
  • • Maintain awareness of the modern LLM stack: understand capabilities and limitations of Claude, GPT, open-source models, agent frameworks, and local deployments.
  • • Build internal AI competency by mentoring team leads and helping them become technical leaders in their respective departments.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience launching and scaling AI adoption in a company of 200+ employees, with documented results and lessons learned from both successes and failures.
  • • Strong technical literacy: ability to communicate effectively with Data Engineers, DevOps, and Security teams, either through an engineering background or extensive hands-on collaboration.
  • • Hands-on proficiency with modern LLM tools and agent frameworks — actively build and test AI solutions, not just manage them.
  • • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams through research, data, and storytelling, without formal authority.
  • • Excellent written communication skills: ability to distill complex AI concepts into clear, compelling guides, posts, and demos for non-technical audiences.
  • • Experience designing and implementing AI governance frameworks for data access, security, and cost control in a fast-moving environment.
