📋 Description
- • As Head of Analytics at Fresha, you will lead the analytics function at the core of decision-making for the AI-powered operating system serving the global beauty, wellness, and self-care industry.
- • You will manage a team of analysts, set the direction for BI tooling and analytical practices, and drive work programmes that impact key metrics across sales, retention, growth, payments, and product.
- • You will sit at the intersection of Commercial, Sales, Product, Finance, and Marketing, influencing teams with data-driven insights and ensuring they translate into real business change.
- • You will shape how AI tooling is used to scale analytics capabilities across the organisation, fostering a collaborative, data-informed culture.
- • This role is based in Fresha’s dog-friendly office in London (The Bower, Old Street) four days per week, supporting face-to-face teamwork and innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience leading an analytics or business intelligence function in a fast-growing tech or scale-up environment.
- • Strong expertise in BI tools, data modelling, and analytical methodologies to drive business decisions.
- • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance) and translate insights into action.
- • Experience leveraging AI or machine learning to enhance analytics capabilities and scalability.
- • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing analyst teams.
