📋 Description

• We are looking for a Head of Analytics to join our team at Skelar AS, a venture builder that creates companies that become leaders in global markets such as EdTech, Mental health, Petcare, FashionTech, and others.
• As a Head of Analytics, you will be responsible for building an analytics function, taking a strategic role, and providing analytical support to multiple directions, including marketing and product.
• You will be responsible for introducing a system for monitoring key business metrics, which will enable the business to react to changes faster.
• You will be working with a team of experienced professionals who are passionate about building products that make a difference.
• You will have the opportunity to work on a product that has already received recognition, such as being named Product of the Day on Product Hunt.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Lead/Head of Analytics with a focus on strategy and team management.
• Experience working with large datasets.
• Strong leadership qualities: willingness to take full responsibility for the direction and develop the team and function with your own initiative.
• Experience using AI tools to increase the efficiency of your own work or the work of the team.
