- • Lead end-to-end client delivery for enterprise customers, ensuring rapid time-to-value and sustained adoption of Kernel’s Agentic Company Data platform
- • Own senior-level relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for complex delivery challenges and strategic escalations
- • Drive consistent client engagement through structured cadences, proactive communication, and trusted advisory interactions throughout the customer lifecycle
- • Collaborate directly with Sales to support renewals, expansions, and new account onboarding, translating client needs into actionable delivery plans
- • Manage a team of Solutions Engineers and Implementation Specialists, conducting regular 1:1s, building individual growth plans, and delivering clear, actionable feedback

- • Cultivate a team culture rooted in accountability, craftsmanship, and ownership of client outcomes
- • Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams to improve delivery processes, scale systems, and define how the function evolves from 50 to 100+ enterprise clients
- • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and internal alignment across departments
- • Remain deeply hands-on in client delivery—actively participating in implementations, troubleshooting data issues, and ensuring technical accuracy even as a leader
- • Maintain familiarity with enterprise CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot) and understand how clients’ revenue stacks function to deliver contextually relevant solutions
- • Be technically literate: comfortable interpreting APIs, JSON structures, data hierarchies, and basic troubleshooting without writing code
- • Adapt to evolving priorities as Kernel scales, taking ownership of undefined tasks and shaping the future of the delivery function
- • Be available for evening calls to support US-based clients, which constitute a significant portion of the portfolio
- • Work a minimum of four days per week in the London office, with no expectation of fully remote work

- • 10+ years in client-facing roles: customer success, implementation, solutions engineering, or technical account management
- • 3+ years managing a team with demonstrated experience developing people and enforcing performance standards
- • Proven track record of owning complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise implementations end-to-end
- • Experience in a fast-moving startup environment with comfort for ambiguity and evolving priorities
- • Technically literate with understanding of APIs, JSON, and data concepts; familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot CRMs
- • Willingness to work 4+ days/week in London office and accommodate evening calls for US clients
🏖️ Benefits
- • Salary: £115,000 – £140,000 + equity
- • 24 days holiday per year + bank holidays
- • £450 monthly office dinner allowance
- • 2 weeks work-from-anywhere per year
- • Generous parental leave policy
- • Pension plan
- • Top-spec equipment and central London office
- • Team events and dinners
- • Opportunity to work directly with founders to scale enterprise AI systems
- • High-autonomy, high-trust environment with a small, fast-moving team
