• • As the Head of Communications, you will be instrumental in shaping the public perception and narrative surrounding Higgsfield AI. You will not merely communicate our achievements but will architect the story of how video AI is democratizing creativity and empowering a new generation of storytellers, filmmakers, marketers, and visual artists. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of both the technology and the creative landscape, capable of translating complex AI advancements into compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain Higgsfield's position at the forefront of generative video technology. This involves championing the burgeoning community of creators who are leveraging our platform to push the boundaries of visual expression. You will be a narrative architect, ensuring our brand is synonymous with innovation, empowerment, and the future of digital content creation.
• • A significant aspect of this role involves executive and corporate communications. You will be tasked with shaping the core narrative of Higgsfield, articulating how our video AI solutions are expanding creative possibilities and empowering a new class of creators. This includes developing robust messaging frameworks that are meticulously aligned with our product roadmap, overarching growth strategy, and long-term vision. You will also own and manage our relationship with our PR agency, steering media strategy and orchestrating impactful press cycles that generate significant positive coverage.
• • Furthermore, you will be the driving force behind our CEO and executive thought leadership initiatives. This encompasses crafting compelling bylines, op-eds, and LinkedIn content, developing keynote narratives, and shaping executive points of view on critical industry topics such as AI, creativity, and the future of media. A key part of this is preparing our executives for all media engagements, providing them with sharp briefing documents, comprehensive Q&A preparation, and clear positioning guidance to ensure confident and effective communication.
• • The role also demands a proactive and strategic approach to PR, media relations, and growth narrative development. You will build and execute a comprehensive PR strategy designed to position Higgsfield as a category-defining leader in video AI, recognized globally for empowering creators. This involves cultivating and nurturing meaningful relationships with journalists across a spectrum of influential outlets, including top-tier tech, business, AI, creator economy, and marketing trade publications. Your efforts will directly support the company's rapid growth by building authority, enhancing credibility, and fostering investor confidence through consistent, high-impact storytelling.
• • Crisis communications and reputation management are critical components of this position. You will lead the strategy and execution for managing communications across product, legal, security, and marketing during challenging times. This includes drafting high-stakes public statements and internal updates with exceptional clarity, precision, and confidence. Developing robust crisis playbooks and response frameworks will be essential to safeguarding long-term brand trust. Your ability to respond quickly and strategically to external and internal events that impact perception, while maintaining narrative control, will be paramount.
