📋 Description

• • Own the global community vision for Plume Network, translating our mission of tokenizing real-world assets into a vibrant, self-reinforcing ecosystem of builders, traders, and evangelists.
• • Architect and execute a full-funnel community strategy that moves users from lurker → learner → contributor → champion, with measurable KPIs for each stage (e.g., Discord MAU, weekly active governance voters, referral-driven TVL).
• • Serve as the human face of Plume on every major crypto-native channel—Discord, Telegram, Twitter/X, Farcaster, Lens, and emerging platforms—posting daily, hosting impromptu AMAs, and jumping into threads within minutes, not hours.
• • Build and nurture strategic relationships with key opinion leaders, DeFi founders, RWA originators, and institutional partners; schedule joint Twitter Spaces, co-marketing campaigns, and cross-community quests that funnel new users into Plume.
• • Partner with the marketing and product teams to craft a distinctive voice that is equal parts technically credible and meme-literate; produce viral threads, explainers, reaction GIFs, and interactive polls that keep Plume top-of-mind during market volatility.
• • Operate a 24/7 feedback loop: mine Discord support tickets for UX friction, synthesize Telegram alpha chats into product specs, and present weekly "Voice of the Community" reports to leadership so roadmap decisions are grounded in real user pain points.
• • Design and run a global calendar of events—virtual hackathons, IRL meetups at ETHDenver, token-gated dinners in NYC, and surprise NFT drops—that deepen loyalty and generate user-generated content for perpetual amplification.
• • Manage, incentivize, and level-up a decentralized network of 50+ moderators and regional ambassadors; deploy Discord bots, POAPs, and on-chain reputation scores to gamify contributions and reward the most valuable community members.
• • Establish rigorous analytics: track sentiment via Open-Source Intelligence tools, correlate social spikes with on-chain activity, and present board-ready dashboards that prove community ROI in terms of TVL, transaction count, and protocol revenue.
• • Act as Plume’s emissary at major conferences—Token2049, Permissionless, RWA Summit—securing speaking slots, hosting side events, and turning hallway conversations into strategic partnerships that accelerate ecosystem growth.
• • Champion a culture of safety and inclusivity; draft clear community guidelines, coordinate rapid incident response for scams or exploits, and ensure every newcomer feels welcomed regardless of background or technical expertise.
• • Experiment relentlessly: pilot token-gated Discords for NFT holders, launch quests on Dework with on-chain payouts, A/B test meme formats, and sunset initiatives that don’t move the needle—always iterating faster than the market.
