📋 Description

• The Head of Compliance (UK) will lead regulatory strategy, risk governance, and compliance operations for BJAK’s UK market entry and expansion, ensuring the business scales responsibly while meeting FCA requirements and upholding strong consumer protection standards.
• Day to day, the role involves developing and maintaining UK-aligned compliance frameworks, serving as the primary FCA contact, building policies for AML, KYC, data privacy, and consumer duty, conducting risk assessments, embedding fairness and transparency in product and marketing practices, and partnering with product, operations, legal, and commercial teams to ensure compliant execution.
• BJAK is Southeast Asia’s largest digital insurance platform, expanding financial access through automation, data, and digital scale, committed to building a safe, compliant, and trusted platform as it grows across markets.
• In this role, the person can shape compliance strategy for a fast-growing international fintech-insurtech platform, build scalable frameworks that enable inclusive financial access, work closely with leadership and regulators to drive responsible innovation, and develop expertise in UK financial regulation within a high-growth, cross-border environment.
