📋 Description

• • As Head of Corporate Development at Eucalyptus Inc., you will own the strategic partnerships that unlock the company’s biggest growth and margin levers, working with insurers, governments, pharmaceutical companies, and major suppliers to drive global expansion and long-term value creation.
• • Day to day, you will develop partnership strategies, own and win new global relationships with C-suite and SVP-level stakeholders, create innovative commercial models from first principles, negotiate high-value deals (8-9 figures), lead commercial decision-making through real-time P&L analysis, and provide high-context strategic input to senior leadership.
• • Eucalyptus is a mission-driven digital health company powering Juniper, one of the world’s largest weight-management programs, with proven clinical results showing four times greater weight loss through its combined GLP-1 medication and behavioural care approach. Backed by $100M+ from top investors, the company has achieved 130% YoY revenue growth, reduced cash burn by 90%, supported over 350k patients across five markets, and earned NICE endorsement for NHS services, with tailored offerings in Germany and Japan.
