- • Lead SentiLink’s expansion into the digital asset ecosystem by identifying, prioritizing, and engaging cryptocurrency exchanges, wallets, stablecoin issuers, payment platforms, blockchain infrastructure providers, fintechs with crypto offerings, and DeFi platforms.
- • Own the full sales cycle for crypto vertical accounts—from initial prospecting and discovery to business case development, solution positioning, and commercial negotiations.
- • Define and refine SentiLink’s go-to-market strategy for the crypto vertical, including messaging, use cases, and target customer segmentation based on real-world identity verification and fraud prevention challenges.
- • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers across fraud, risk, compliance, trust & safety, operations, security, identity, and product teams at crypto-native organizations.
- • Navigate complex enterprise organizations by aligning stakeholders from technical, operational, compliance, and executive levels to drive adoption of SentiLink’s identity and risk solutions.
- • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful customer onboarding, adoption, and retention within the crypto vertical.
- • Stay current on evolving crypto market trends, emerging fraud patterns, regulatory developments (e.g., AML, KYC/KYB), and identity-related challenges impacting digital asset platforms.
- • Develop and document playbooks, sales collateral, and customer success frameworks tailored to the unique needs of crypto exchanges, wallets, stablecoin issuers, and blockchain infrastructure providers.
- • Serve as a subject matter expert on identity verification and fraud prevention in the context of digital assets, translating technical capabilities into business value for prospects and clients.
- • Represent SentiLink at industry events, conferences, and forums focused on crypto, fintech, and financial compliance to build brand authority and generate pipeline.
- • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to provide customer feedback and influence roadmap priorities based on crypto market demands and pain points.
- • Maintain a deep understanding of SentiLink’s real-time APIs and how they solve identity theft, account takeover, synthetic identity fraud, and onboarding friction in crypto environments.
- • Ensure all sales activities comply with U.S. regulatory frameworks and internal compliance standards while operating in a highly regulated industry.
- • Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets for the crypto vertical.
- • Act as a strategic advisor to crypto clients on how to improve their trust & safety infrastructure using SentiLink’s industry-leading identity verification technology.
- • Leverage existing network and cultivate new connections within crypto fraud, risk, compliance, security, and identity teams to accelerate pipeline development and customer acquisition.
- • Travel occasionally for in-person client meetings, industry events, and company-wide gatherings as needed.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably selling fraud, identity, security, risk, compliance, or infrastructure solutions into crypto, fintech, payments, or financial services organizations
- • Demonstrated success selling into complex enterprise environments using a multi-stakeholder sales motion
- • Prior success selling to cryptocurrency exchanges, wallets, payment platforms, fintechs, stablecoin issuers, blockchain infrastructure providers, or other digital asset companies preferred
- • Strong understanding of crypto onboarding, KYC/KYB, account security, fraud prevention, compliance, trust & safety, AML, or transaction risk workflows preferred
- • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly driven in fast-paced startup environments
- • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and strategic selling skills
