📋 Description

• As Head of Customer Success at Tandem Health Inc., you will define and build the foundations of a world-class Customer Success function from the ground up, ensuring consistent, high-quality customer experiences across all global markets.
• You will design and implement customer journey frameworks, playbooks, onboarding processes, health scoring systems, and renewal strategies while coaching and enabling Medical Operations Specialists and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
• You will join a fast-scaling, mission-driven health-tech company backed by top investors, where clinicians design the platform for clinicians, and where innovation, impact, and ownership are core to the culture.
• You will have the opportunity to shape a critical discipline that drives customer retention, expansion, engagement, and long-term value — directly contributing to Tandem Health’s mission to transform healthcare by putting clinicians first.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building or significantly shaping a Customer Success function at a high-growth B2B SaaS scaleup
• Demonstrated ability to create CS processes, playbooks, operating rhythms, system setup, and standards from scratch
• Experience coaching and enabling non-CS teams (e.g., Medical Operations Specialists) to deliver excellent Customer Success as part of their role
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics including adoption, churn, retention, expansion, NRR, GRR, time to value, and customer health
• Comfortable operating across multiple markets and adapting best practices to local cultural and regulatory contexts
• Bonus: Experience in healthcare, healthtech, clinical software, or another regulated industry
