  • • As Head of Customer Success at Confiant, you will own the entire customer journey from trial onboarding to long-term retention, ensuring seamless experiences and driving strategic account health in a high-impact cybersecurity and ad tech environment.
  • • Day to day, you will lead and develop a unified team spanning Customer Success, Technical Escalation, and Sales Engineering, manage complex technical escalations, define SLAs and performance metrics, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales to align roadmap priorities with customer needs.
  • • You will operate within a founder-led, fast-moving cybersecurity company that protects the ad economy from malvertising and fraud, where your leadership will directly shape customer trust, revenue retention, and product evolution.
  • • In this role, you will build scalable systems from the ground up, grow your leadership influence across the executive team, and deepen your expertise in both customer success operations and the technical complexities of threat detection and response in digital advertising.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 10+ years in customer-facing roles in B2B/Enterprise SaaS, with 5+ years managing teams of 5–15 across support, success, or technical operations
  • • Proven experience setting clear performance expectations, running performance management, and coaching team members across varying skill levels
  • • Track record of building escalation tiers, setting SLAs, and holding teams accountable
  • • Strong technical fluency: able to read threat reports, understand attack chains, and hold substantive conversations with engineers
  • • Demonstrated success managing up to senior leaders and C-suite; able to translate strategic intent into structured execution
  • • Commercial literacy: comfortable with renewal dynamics, contract language, and client-facing business conversations
