- • As the first Head of Customer Success EMEA at Statista GmbH, you will shape the regional CS function from the ground up, defining the operating model and driving retention and expansion outcomes across KAM and Scale segments in alignment with global strategy.
- • You will architect the EMEA CS operating model, including health scoring, segmentation, QBR frameworks, onboarding playbooks, and use-case libraries, while owning GRR protection in 2026 and NRR growth planning for 2027.
- • Statista is a global leader in business data and analytics, founded in Hamburg in 2007, with offices in London, New York, Berlin, and Tokyo, committed to empowering fact-based decisions through reliable data products and a diverse, inclusive culture.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership expertise in scaling CS functions, driving commercial outcomes through cross-functional alignment, and building data-informed customer success strategies that directly impact revenue retention and expansion.
🎯 Requirements
- • Substantial experience in B2B Customer Success, including leadership of teams and improving retention, adoption, and expansion outcomes in a subscription-based business.
- • Proven track record of protecting and growing GRR, with a clear understanding of the levers that drive it.
- • Evidence of building or significantly improving a CS function, including segmentation, coverage models, health scoring, QBR frameworks, onboarding playbooks, and escalation processes.
- • Experience leading change across CS, Sales, RevOps, and Product, demonstrating strong commercial instinct and consultative client engagement skills.
