• • Your core mission will be to architect and build the 'Intelligence Layer'—a sophisticated system of autonomous agents designed to monitor, reason, and act upon our data. This system will be instrumental in driving Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and optimizing operational excellence.
• • This is a high-leverage, player-coach position. In your initial months, you will be deeply involved as a 'Doer,' directly constructing AI-augmented analytical workflows and critical models. Concurrently, you will be responsible for recruiting and assembling a small, elite team of AI-native engineers.
• • You will collaborate closely with leaders in Product, Sales, and Finance, providing them with critical, real-time visibility into our NRR, unit economics, and growth loops, ensuring leadership possesses 20/20 vision.
• • Key responsibilities include architecting and deploying agent-assisted intelligence systems in close partnership with functional leaders. These systems will move beyond static dashboards, building workflows that proactively reason across data silos (e.g., correlating API latency with churn signals in Salesforce) to deliver automated root-cause analysis and actionable recommendations.
• • You will co-evolve our data stack in close collaboration with our Tech/Engineering team, defining the semantic layer and data contracts essential for making our infrastructure agent-ready and highly reliable.
• • A unique aspect of this role involves leveraging Deepgram's proprietary Voice AI models to process and structure thousands of hours of internal calls. This will transform unstructured audio data into queryable insights accessible to all functional teams.
• • Strategically, you will serve as the primary data partner to the CEO and Board. This involves defining the definitive 'source of truth' for our complex, usage-based revenue models and providing the analytical foundation for long-term strategic decisions, including pricing, packaging, distribution, market entry, and capital allocation.
• • In terms of team building, you will recruit and lead a lean, elite team of AI-native engineers. You will foster a culture where manual, repetitive SQL tasks are identified as 'automation bugs' to be resolved through code and intelligent agents.
