📋 Description

• • As Head of Digital Experience & Conversion Rate Optimization at Maximus Tribe, you will architect and optimize the entire pre-conversion digital journey to drive exponential organic growth and industry-leading conversion rates, serving as a key strategic voice in shaping both acquisition and post-conversion product experiences.
• • You will own the Maximus marketing website as the primary conversion engine, leading the migration from Sanity CMS to Webflow, building and running a scaled test-and-learn landing page program, leveraging AI tools for rapid site updates, optimizing site architecture and performance, and implementing personalization strategies to exceed aggressive conversion and CAC targets.
• • You will develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy, pioneer AI engine optimization for platforms like ChatGPT and Claude, build a scientifically accurate content engine, own organic traffic growth targets, and stay ahead of algorithm changes to maintain competitive advantage in discovery.
• • You will partner with Product, Creative, Data/Analytics, and Customer Success teams to align acquisition strategies, ensure brand consistency, build measurement frameworks, manage development resource queues, and champion segmentation strategies that support both acquisition and retention objectives while influencing product roadmap decisions through data-driven insights.
