• • Your primary responsibility will be to drive engineering execution, meticulously structuring engineering workstreams to ensure projects move forward with efficiency and predictability. You will be the linchpin in translating ambitious product visions and complex technical strategies into tangible, reliable delivery, ensuring that our teams consistently ship high-quality software.
• • A strong technical foundation in system architecture is not just a requirement but a cornerstone of this role. You will be expected to contribute significantly to key architecture discussions, guiding technical decisions, and supporting engineers in navigating the intricate trade-offs inherent in system design and implementation. Your guidance will ensure that our systems are not only robust and functional today but are also built for scalability and maintainability in the long term.

You will be responsible for building and scaling a world-class engineering team, strategically expanding our presence across China, the US, and Europe.
