• • Adthena is a pioneer in leveraging AI within software development. You will inherit and further cultivate an environment where AI is integral to how software is built, written, reviewed, and evolved, setting standards and defining best practices for AI-assisted development at scale.
• • A significant aspect of this opportunity involves guiding Adthena's expansion of competitive intelligence beyond traditional search engines like Google into the burgeoning world of LLM-driven search experiences, including platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini.
• • You will lead the development of novel systems that enable enterprises to gain critical understanding of visibility, competitive dynamics, and market opportunities within these rapidly mainstreaming search interfaces.
• • Generative AI is deeply embedded across our product and platform, from the intricate analysis of complex datasets and backend verification workflows to the generation of actionable insights and client-facing dashboards.
• • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in architecting, operationalizing, and scaling these AI-driven capabilities to ensure consistent, reliable, and impactful value delivery to our clients.

• • **Technical Leadership & Architecture:**
• • You will own the execution of the engineering roadmap across all Adthena products and platform capabilities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• • You will actively participate in architectural discussions, influencing the direction of our distributed data processing frameworks, machine learning pipelines, and web application architecture.
• • Your focus will be on ensuring the development and maintenance of scalable, reliable systems capable of handling massive datasets and complex, evolving ML workloads.
• • You will champion and embed engineering best practices, including comprehensive testing strategies, robust observability, efficient CI/CD pipelines, effective incident response protocols, and thorough documentation.
• • **Delivery & Execution:**
• • You will establish and refine predictable delivery processes across all engineering teams, enhancing development speed while rigorously maintaining system stability.
• • You will implement and track measurable engineering Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as cycle time, deployment frequency, Mean Time To Recovery (MTTR), and platform Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• • You will drive continuous improvement in release quality through strategic QA automation initiatives and close collaboration with DevOps and SRE teams.
• • **Leadership & People Management:**
• • You will lead, mentor, and develop direct reports, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and high performance within the engineering team.
• • You will be responsible for building an engineering organization that can effectively scale, including defining roles, establishing career paths, and leading recruitment efforts.
• • You will cultivate a healthy, collaborative, and inclusive environment that supports deep technical work, encourages innovation, and promotes strong cross-team alignment.
• • **Cross-Functional Collaboration:**
• • You will partner closely with the Product Management team to prioritize initiatives, refine requirements, and ensure the successful and timely delivery of our product roadmap.
• • You will work hand-in-hand with Data Science and ML teams to seamlessly transition research innovations into robust, production-grade systems.
• • You will collaborate with DevOps and SRE teams on infrastructure strategy, cloud cost optimization, and ensuring the operational reliability of our platform.
• • **Strategic Contribution:**
• • You will contribute significantly to the company-wide technology strategy in close partnership with the Chief Technology Officer.
• • You will proactively identify opportunities to accelerate innovation through strategic tooling investments, platform enhancements, or architectural evolution.
• • You will manage engineering budgets, oversee tooling spend, optimize cloud infrastructure costs, and manage key vendor relationships.
