• • As the Head of Engineering, you will own the entirety of the engineering department. This includes defining the optimal team structure, developing a comprehensive hiring plan to attract and retain top-tier talent, establishing clear career ladders that promote professional growth, and cultivating an engineering culture that is both innovative and highly productive. Your leadership will be the driving force behind our engineers' ability to achieve their full potential and deliver exceptional work.
