- • As Head of Enterprise Marketing at PhotoRoom SAS, you will lead the strategic development and execution of the enterprise go-to-market engine, directly contributing to the company’s mission of scaling B2B revenue from $5M to $30M+ ARR in 18 months and ultimately reaching $100M. This role is pivotal in transforming early marketing experiments into a predictable, high-impact growth machine that powers enterprise sales and establishes PhotoRoom as the leader in AI-powered imaging solutions for global e-commerce and retail brands.
- • You will own the end-to-end enterprise marketing function, driving pipeline generation, sales enablement, and brand positioning through a blend of account-based marketing, demand generation, product-led growth initiatives, and events. Your leadership will ensure tight alignment between marketing, sales, product, and revenue operations to deliver measurable outcomes in qualified leads, conversion rates, and revenue attribution.
- • You will join a profitable, remote-friendly, and rapidly growing company of 100+ builders headquartered in Paris with a strong presence in New York. PhotoRoom has achieved over 300 million downloads and processes 5+ billion images annually, serving both individual creators and Fortune 500 enterprises like Amazon, DoorDash, and Decathlon through its B2C app and B2B API. Backed by Y Combinator and Series B funding, the company is focused on 40% year-over-year growth and innovation at the intersection of AI and creative technology.
- • You will build and mentor a lean, high-performing GTM team focused on enterprise growth, fostering a culture of experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration. This role offers the opportunity to shape the marketing function from a scaling startup into a world-class enterprise marketing organization, gaining deep expertise in B2B SaaS growth, PLG motions, and global brand building while making a tangible impact on the company’s trajectory.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8-10+ years of experience in B2B growth or marketing, with a proven track record of scaling enterprise marketing engines and driving 2x+ ARR growth through sales-qualified pipeline.
- • Demonstrated success in leading demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and product-led growth (PLG) initiatives, including experience building ICPs, positioning, sales enablement assets, and event strategies aligned with sales objectives.
- • Strong data-driven marketing expertise, including ownership of KPIs, funnel metrics, and reporting, with experience partnering with Revenue Operations to build scoring models and optimize channel performance.
- • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, revenue operations, leadership, and creative teams to align on goals, messaging, and pipeline targets in a fast-paced environment.
- • Experience in both product-led sales and sales-led motions, ideally within a B2B context within a B2C-oriented organization, with familiarity in retail or e-commerce marketing.
- • History of contributing to pricing strategy iterations and maintaining 2+ year tenures in relevant roles, indicating stability and deep impact.
