- • As the Head of Experimentations, you will play a pivotal role in architecting and scaling a world-class growth system that fuels acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization across our diverse portfolio of D2C subscription products.

- • This role demands the definition and institutionalization of a comprehensive company-wide experimentation framework, encompassing every stage from hypothesis generation and prioritization to rigorous test design, validation, and effective knowledge management.
- • You will establish clear, structured growth roadmaps that are strategically aligned with overarching company objectives, the unique lifecycle stages of each product, and emerging market opportunities.
- • Oversee and guide the CRO, growth, lifecycle, and research functions, ensuring a consistent and high velocity of testing while driving measurable, impactful outcomes.
- • A critical aspect of your role will be to ensure unwavering statistical rigor, absolute data integrity, and methodological excellence across all experimentation initiatives.
- • You will be responsible for maintaining exceptionally high quality standards for all tests, paying meticulous attention to user experience (UX), visual design, messaging clarity, and brand consistency to ensure a cohesive and premium customer journey.
- • Leverage your strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to meticulously diagnose performance issues, identify root causes, and design innovative and effective growth solutions.
- • Translate complex data insights, qualitative user research findings, and detailed behavioral analytics into well-designed, high-quality experimentation initiatives that yield actionable results.
- • Continuously monitor and analyze key growth and unit economics metrics, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), Average Revenue Per User (ARPU), retention curves, and conversion rates, to inform strategic decisions.
- • Establish and champion best practices for experiment documentation, robust learning management, and effective institutional knowledge sharing to build a repository of insights and accelerate future growth.
- • Cultivate and foster a strong culture of structured experimentation, craftsmanship, and high performance across all growth-related teams, empowering them to achieve ambitious goals.
- • Present compelling insights, detailed performance reviews, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership, influencing key business decisions and driving strategic alignment.

- • 7+ years of experience in growth, CRO, product growth, or performance strategy, with a proven track record of scaling digital subscription or consumer products.

- • Demonstrated ability to maintain high testing standards at scale, balancing speed with quality, and experience leading high-performance, cross-functional teams.
