📋 Description
- • As Head of Field Marketing, EMEA at LangChain, you will lead the strategic execution of field marketing initiatives across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa to drive pipeline, brand visibility, and developer engagement for a fast-growing AI infrastructure company trusted by 35% of the Fortune 500 and industry leaders like Replit, Coinbase, and Cloudflare.
- • You will own the end-to-end planning and execution of high-impact field programs—including major AI conferences, executive dinners, technical workshops, developer meetups, roadshows, and sponsorships—ensuring LangChain shows up in the right places with authentic, developer-centric experiences that convert engagement into measurable sales opportunities.
- • Partnering closely with regional sales leaders, you will identify pipeline gaps, co-create account-based marketing (ABM) plans for priority accounts, and align field activities with sales goals to ensure events generate qualified leads, meetings, and opportunities with strong post-event follow-up and nurturing.
- • You will evaluate third-party conferences and sponsorship opportunities to determine optimal investment, negotiate partnerships, and design differentiated LangChain presences that stand out in crowded technical ecosystems while maximizing ROI through data-driven experimentation and playbook refinement.
- • Overseeing all event operations, you will manage logistics such as booth materials, vendor coordination, shipments, on-site technology, and staff preparation, ensuring seamless execution and that every representative is equipped to maximize engagement and lead capture during live events.
- • You will continuously build and improve the field marketing playbook by testing formats, measuring performance, scaling successful tactics, and sharing learnings across marketing, sales, and developer relations teams to increase efficiency and impact over time.
- • Reporting into the global marketing function, you will operate in a high-impact, fast-moving environment where your work directly influences LangChain’s ability to scale its agent engineering platform and grow adoption among developers and enterprise buyers worldwide.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5-8 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or B2B marketing programs with a proven track record of driving pipeline through events
- • Experience supporting pipeline generation through events or regional marketing, including setting and meeting goals for meetings, leads, and opportunities
- • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent events, vendors, timelines, and budgets
- • Comfortable working closely with sales teams and aligned to revenue goals, including experience collaborating on account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives
- • Excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively partner with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external stakeholders
- • Ability to stay calm, resourceful, and solution-oriented during live events under pressure
- • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- • Willingness to travel approximately 30–40% of the time to support events across the EMEA region
