We are transitioning from a specialized clinic management tool to become the definitive agentic platform for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practice ownership. This evolution signifies a major shift in how healthcare practices are managed and scaled, leveraging AI and intelligent automation to create unprecedented efficiency. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Finance to spearhead our upcoming Series B fundraising efforts, architect a robust financial infrastructure, and drive the strategic expansion of our AI-driven ecosystem.
• • As the Head of Finance, you will be instrumental in shaping the financial trajectory of Finni Health. This role demands a leader who possesses a dual capability: the strategic acumen to navigate the complexities of a major venture capital raise, and the granular expertise to optimize the unit economics of an innovative, agentic healthcare model. You will serve as the primary architect of our financial narrative, translating our vision and growth potential into a compelling investment case. Your responsibilities will span from high-level capital strategy to the meticulous operational discipline required to scale a category-defining platform in the healthcare technology sector.
• • A core responsibility will be to lead the Series B fundraising process from inception to closure. This involves close partnership with the CEO, crafting a persuasive investment narrative that highlights our market opportunity, technological innovation, and growth potential. You will manage all aspects of due diligence, engaging with and presenting to top-tier venture capital firms. Your ability to build trust and communicate effectively with investors will be paramount to securing the capital needed for our next phase of growth.
• • You will be tasked with architecting the unique economic model of our agentic platform. This requires developing sophisticated financial models that accurately reflect the scalability and profitability inherent in our AI-driven approach. The focus will be on demonstrating high-margin scalability and the significant operational leverage gained through intelligent automation, differentiating Finni Health from traditional healthcare management solutions.
• • Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will be under your purview. You will lead all financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities. A key objective will be to guide the company's transition from a 'high-growth' phase to a more mature 'efficient scale' operational model. This involves establishing clear financial metrics, implementing robust reporting mechanisms, and ensuring financial discipline across the organization.
• • You will own the relationship with our board of directors and existing investors, including General Catalyst, and cultivate relationships with prospective Series B partners. This includes owning the Budget vs. Actual (BVA) reporting, providing clear and concise financial updates, and maintaining high-trust relationships through transparent and accurate financial communication.
• • A critical operational challenge in the healthcare space is revenue cycle management. You will oversee the complex Accounts Receivable (AR) tracking and revenue cycle management processes, specifically tailored to the unique reimbursement models and complexities of the healthcare and ABA sectors. Optimizing cash flow and ensuring efficient revenue collection will be a key focus.
• • Collaboration will be essential. You will work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to ensure that our innovative 'agentic' features translate directly into measurable financial outcomes and competitive advantages. This cross-functional partnership will be vital for validating the financial impact of our technology and driving strategic decision-making.
