• • The Head of Global Growth Marketing will lead the development and scaling of a data-driven, experimentation-focused growth function at Interactive Brokers, a global fintech leader and S&P 500 company, to drive measurable increases in customer acquisition and conversion across owned channels worldwide.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning global conversion strategy across website, landing pages, onboarding flows, email, SMS, push, and in-product surfaces; architecting and leading structured experimentation roadmaps; driving improvements in visitor-to-application, application-to-funded, and funded account quality metrics; building global experimentation infrastructure with statistical rigor; leveraging AI-native tools for personalization and optimization; and building and leading a high-performing team of growth marketers and analysts.
