📋 Description

• As Head of Growth at Aspora, Inc., you will lead user acquisition and market expansion across the company’s core corridors, playing a pivotal role in scaling a borderless financial operating system designed for globally mobile users.
• You will own the end-to-end growth lifecycle — from designing go-to-market strategies for new markets and building scalable acquisition channels across digital, partnerships, community, and referral networks, to executing data-driven experiments and collaborating with product and engineering to optimize onboarding and retention.
• Aspora is a fast-growing fintech startup backed by top-tier investors including Sequoia Capital and Y Combinator, with a distributed team of 150+ across India, the UK, UAE, EU, and the US, united by extreme ownership, radical candor, and a mission to redefine global banking for diaspora communities.
• In this role, you will develop strategic growth expertise in consumer fintech, build scalable acquisition infrastructure, lead cross-functional market launches, and gain deep experience in turning regulatory complexity into elegant, user-centric solutions while driving measurable user adoption and retention.

🎯 Requirements

• 9–12 years of experience in growth, user acquisition, or market expansion roles
• Experience scaling consumer fintech, consumer platforms, or marketplace products
• Demonstrated success in launching new markets or building acquisition channels from early stages
• Strong analytical skills with deep understanding of growth metrics and experimentation
• Experience managing multi-channel acquisition strategies beyond performance marketing
• Ability to operate in fast-moving environments where execution and iteration are critical
