  • • ProductWind is seeking a visionary and hands-on Head of Growth to spearhead our user acquisition and expansion efforts. As the single most critical hire for our company at this pivotal moment, you will be instrumental in driving a tenfold increase in our user base. We are a rapidly scaling SaaS platform that empowers enterprise brands to enhance their online retail sales through improved traffic, SEO, and digital shelf performance. Our unique approach involves orchestrating the right creators at the opportune moments to signal product demand to the digital world, a strategy that has earned us the trust of world-class brands like NestlĂ©, Panasonic, Logitech, and Clorox, with a remarkable 90% retention rate. Our proprietary iOS app, WeSponsored, is the engine powering creator activation across our platform, seamlessly connecting brands with creators and delivering measurable results. This role is centered around this core product, and we are ready to accelerate our growth trajectory.
  • • In this high-impact role, you will own the entire growth engine, from the initial touchpoint to fostering power users. Currently, our user acquisition relies heavily on organic and email-based strategies, presenting a significant opportunity for optimization across the entire funnel. You will have the autonomy to explore and implement a wide array of growth levers, including new channels, innovative strategies, product-led growth loops, strategic partnerships, and any other initiatives that prove effective. Your responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of growth: acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion, catering to both sides of our marketplace – influencers and brands.
  • • You will collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams to conceptualize, build, and launch experiments, develop growth-centric features, and meticulously optimize every stage of the user journey. A key part of your role will be to build and execute a robust channel strategy designed to drive substantial top-of-funnel volume. This is not a theoretical position; you will be deeply involved in the execution, personally running experiments, diving deep into data analysis, crafting compelling copy, engaging directly with users, and employing any necessary tactics to achieve our ambitious growth targets.
  • • Your core responsibilities will include:
  • • **Full-funnel growth strategy:** Developing and executing a comprehensive plan to achieve a 10x increase in our user base, complete with clearly defined milestones and accountability measures.
  • • **Acquisition:** Identifying, rigorously testing, and scaling new user acquisition channels beyond our current organic and email efforts. This includes, but is not limited to, paid social, referral programs, strategic partnerships, content marketing, community building, influencer seeding, App Store Optimization (ASO), and any other innovative channels that demonstrate potential.
  • • **Activation & onboarding:** Partnering with product and engineering to refine and optimize the user journey from initial download or sign-up to their first successful campaign participation, ensuring a seamless and engaging onboarding experience.
  • • **Retention & engagement:** Designing and implementing systems, such as targeted notifications, lifecycle messaging, and product-led growth loops, to foster continued user engagement and encourage repeat participation in campaigns.
  • • **Marketplace health:** Ensuring balanced growth across both sides of our two-sided marketplace, actively working to increase both the number of active influencers and the volume of brand campaigns.
  • • **Experimentation:** Cultivating a culture of rapid testing and continuous learning by establishing the necessary infrastructure, processes, and cadence for iterative improvement and optimization.
  • • **Analytics & insights:** Defining key growth metrics, developing comprehensive dashboards, and leveraging data-driven insights to ruthlessly prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively.
  • • This role demands a proactive, data-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and possesses a proven track record of scaling user bases. You will be the architect and executor of our growth strategy, directly impacting the trajectory of ProductWind.
