  • • The Center for Internet Security (CIS) is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Program Manager to lead and enhance our innovative CyberMarket and GovSpend programs. This pivotal role sits within the Sales and Business Services department, specifically on the Technology Partnerships team, and reports directly to the Director of Technology Partnerships. As a Program Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our CyberMarket initiative by overseeing daily operations, spearheading program launch activities, managing vendor lifecycle workflows, and fostering robust stakeholder communications. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of critical functions, including assisting with the rigorous vetting of potential vendors, streamlining the onboarding process, meticulously tracking program progress, efficiently routing inquiries to the appropriate teams, ensuring data accuracy across all platforms, and actively contributing to program enhancement efforts.
  • • You will hold accountability for the comprehensive development, sustained growth, and overall revenue performance of the CyberMarket program. This includes owning all operational aspects, defining and executing the partner engagement strategy, and delivering insightful, revenue-aligned reporting. Furthermore, this position carries full ownership of the GovSpend program. This entails close collaboration with partners, thorough opportunity reviews, diligent data accuracy checks, the establishment of effective communication workflows, and ensuring that GovSpend significantly contributes to CIS bookings and the overall health of our vendor ecosystem.
  • • In addition to these core responsibilities, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Request for Proposal (RFP) capture activities. This involves identifying potential opportunities, meticulously reviewing requirements, coordinating effectively with internal teams, preparing comprehensive proposal documents, and diligently tracking the progress of all RFP-related efforts. This role is fundamental to the successful launch of the redesigned CyberMarket program, ensuring its ongoing quality, effectiveness, and alignment with CIS's mission to make the connected world a safer place.
  • • Your contributions will directly impact the quality of vendor support, the efficiency of internal processes, the effectiveness of stakeholder interactions, and the overall performance management of these vital programs. You will be a key player in building and launching the redesigned CyberMarket program, which involves developing and refining essential documentation, establishing clear workflows, and creating compelling communication materials. A significant part of your role will be to track critical launch milestones, identify and mitigate risks, and manage cross-team deliverables, ensuring seamless schedule alignment through close coordination with various internal departments.
  • • You will actively support the vendor vetting and onboarding processes, ensuring documentation accuracy, managing warm leads effectively, and fostering ongoing vendor engagement. As a primary point of contact for CyberMarket inquiries, you will be responsible for initial triage, routing inquiries to the correct resources, and providing timely updates to all relevant stakeholders. Maintaining a deep and current understanding of CyberMarket vendors and their offerings will be essential for supporting daily program operations and providing informed assistance.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves gathering and synthesizing feedback from diverse stakeholders, conducting thorough research on vendor solutions and emerging market trends, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data across all internal systems. You will also assist in the preparation of comprehensive program performance reports and insightful dashboards, providing key metrics and analysis to leadership. You will directly own the CyberMarket revenue performance metrics, focusing on contributions to the vendor pipeline, influenced bookings, program adoption rates, and partner expansion initiatives.
  • • You will lead the development and implementation of scalable program processes designed to achieve measurable revenue impact, enhance program efficiency, and improve the overall vendor lifecycle management. For the GovSpend program, you will manage and execute all facets, including intake workflows, opportunity qualification, partner interface management, communication cadences, analytics, and reporting. Ensuring that both CyberMarket and GovSpend program activities are strategically aligned with CIS's overarching priorities, particularly concerning State, Local, and Education (SLED) entities, will be a critical focus.
  • • You will actively monitor procurement channels for relevant RFP opportunities, critically review requirements to assess alignment with CIS or vendor capabilities, and coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs), vendors, and staff to gather essential proposal content. Preparing and organizing proposal materials and supporting documents will be a core duty, alongside ensuring that insights gained from RFP activities feed directly back into the CyberMarket and GovSpend strategy, thereby strengthening vendor alignment and enhancing program relevance within the SLED procurement ecosystem. Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned will also be part of your dynamic role.
