- • As Head of Growth for MLabs' Hyperliquid Agents initiative, you will lead the end-to-end adoption of AI-powered trading agents within a high-performance runtime engineered for the Hyperliquid ecosystem, directly impacting agent deployments, trading volume, and unit economics in a role where success is measured by concrete, data-backed performance metrics.
- • You will own the full growth funnel—from awareness and signup to first deployment and sustained active trading—by building and executing data-driven strategies across organic and paid channels including X, YouTube, Reddit, Coinbase network, Google, and emerging social platforms, with a focus on converting onchain and AI product users through real-time trading data, leaderboards, and open-source skill showcases.
- • You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to optimize onboarding, retention, and activation flows, while identifying and activating high-value user segments such as perpetual traders, algorithmic/quantitative traders, DeFi power users, and AI agent developers, and fostering ecosystem growth via GitHub, Discord, Telegram, and strategic partnerships.
- • You will be fully accountable for Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and payback periods, managing economics by channel and ensuring every growth dollar is defensible through weekly metric tracking, iteration, and reporting on activation rates and retention curves.
- • You will join a deep-tech team of founders and core engineers from industry leaders like Airstack, Trust Wallet, and Aave, contributing to a product built on the fastest-growing DEX in the industry with over 1,100 monthly active agents and $100M+ in 30-day volume, helping scale infrastructure to support tens of thousands of autonomous AI trading agents in a high-impact, builder-first environment.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in onchain-native growth, autonomous agent economics, and DeFi-AI convergence, gaining hands-on experience scaling a developer-facing product in a nascent but rapidly expanding crypto-AI niche, with the opportunity to shape the growth function from the ground up and drive measurable impact on both user adoption and protocol-level trading activity.
🎯 Requirements
- • Onchain Native: Deep understanding of wallet-based acquisition, onchain user behavior, and mechanisms to convert high-value DeFi users into active participants.
- • Ecosystem Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the Hyperliquid ecosystem, including exchange dynamics, community, and builder landscape; experience with agent frameworks or similar infrastructure highly preferred.
- • Social Growth Expertise: Proven playbook for driving conversions on X, YouTube, and Reddit, with a track record of growing onchain or AI products through these channels.
- • Technical Fluency: Ability to credibly discuss autonomous agents, trading strategies, and execution infrastructure with developers and traders (e.g., understanding YAML configs, scanners, trailing stop-loss engines).
- • Analytical Rigor: Performance-obsessed mindset with ability to walk through past growth experiments, highlighting hypotheses, spend, measured outcomes, and iterations.
- • Builder Mentality: Comfort operating independently in an early-stage environment to build a growth function from the ground up without an existing playbook.
