đź“‹ Description
- • The Head of GTM at Morpho Inc. will lead the transformation of the company’s founder-led commercial efforts into a scalable, predictable revenue engine by owning the full go-to-market function end to end. This role is critical to Morpho’s mission of expanding access to open credit globally by institutionalizing sales, partnerships, and customer success functions.
- • Day to day, the Head of GTM will oversee the GTM organization across customer segments (fintechs, financial institutions, partners) and support functions (support, solutions, risk, revops), build commercial infrastructure including CRM, pipeline tracking, forecasting, and KPI frameworks, and serve as a senior commercial representative in high-stakes conversations with institutional buyers.
- • Morpho is a leading DeFi lending protocol backed by top-tier investors including a16z, Paradigm, and Coinbase, with over $10 billion in deposits and adoption by major industry players. The company operates with a high-trust, low-ego culture focused on solving hard problems in an emerging market through transparency, feedback, and rapid iteration.
- • In this role, the individual will develop deep product fluency in Morpho’s protocol, shape revenue strategy alongside the CEO and product team, hire and scale a high-performing commercial organization, and establish predictable forecasting and reporting systems that enable reliable revenue growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record building and scaling a commercial organization from an early stage in a complex B2B or financial-infrastructure context, including managing both new business and account growth/partner functions.
- • Ability to adapt sales processes to technically complex products from first principles, particularly in long enterprise sales cycles involving sophisticated institutional buyers such as financial institutions, fintechs, and crypto infrastructure partners.
- • Demonstrated success in personally carrying and closing complex technical deals through extended sales cycles without reliance on sales engineering for technical depth.
- • Experience building commercial operating infrastructure from scratch, including CRM, pipeline tracking, account segmentation, forecasting, and KPI frameworks.
- • Strong people leadership skills with experience managing technically and financially sophisticated teams.
- • Humility and a low-ego mindset aligned with Morpho’s culture of open feedback and collaborative problem-solving.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Fair, top-tier compensation package designed to attract and retain top talent.
- • Real flexibility in work arrangements to support deep work and personal growth.
- • Opportunities for time together in Paris, fostering team connection and collaboration.
- • Great health coverage to support employee well-being.
- • Support for continuous learning and professional development.
