📋 Description

• Head of GTM Enablement is a founding role at Scribe, a high-growth SaaS company with $1.3 billion valuation and 6 million daily active users.
• The role exists to build a dedicated enablement function from scratch, including systems, programs, and infrastructure for go-to-market teams.
• The Head of GTM Enablement will report directly to the CRO and work across Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to turn strategy into repeatable execution.
• Key responsibilities include defining and building the enablement function, designing and launching an onboarding program, building role-based learning paths, and establishing a measurement framework.
• The ideal candidate has built a sales or revenue enablement function at a high growth SaaS company, has 10+ years of experience in enablement, revenue operations, or go-to-market roles, and has worked closely with Product Marketing.
• The role requires executive presence to influence senior stakeholders and hands-on instinct to build without a team underneath them yet.

• Brings 10+ years across enablement, revenue operations, or go-to-market roles with demonstrated impact on ramp time, productivity, or win rates.
• Has worked closely with Product Marketing and knows how to close the gap between positioning and what reps actually say in the field.
