- • As Head of GTM Narrative at Neara Inc., you will own the strategic storytelling that defines how risk and resilience conversations evolve around the power grid, translating complex regulatory, technical, and climate shifts into compelling narratives for senior utility and infrastructure leaders.
- • Your day-to-day involves detecting industry inflection points, synthesizing policy and technical developments, and operationalizing insights across Sales, Product, and GTM teams through executive briefings, signal logs, and strategic framing.
- • You will partner with Product Marketing to shape narrative and editorial calendars, produce thought-leadership content (POV briefs, videos, social posts), and equip customer-facing teams with executive-level language that strengthens credibility in sales conversations.
- • This role offers the opportunity to influence executive dialogue, strengthen category leadership, and directly impact sales momentum by establishing Neara as a trusted authority in grid resilience and energy transition discourse.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in communications, editorial, or journalism at a technology company in a regulated industry or with energy/infrastructure domain expertise
- • Exceptional writing and editing skills to craft authoritative, non-salesy narratives that engage senior business and technical decision-makers
- • Ability to translate complex technical subjects (e.g., rate cases, regulatory filings, technical papers) into clear, credible insights for business audiences
- • Deep curiosity about energy transition and infrastructure landscapes, with judgment to identify emerging issues before they become mainstream
- • Established relationships with journalists and comfort engaging media as a trusted source to shape industry narratives
