- • As Head of GTM Onboarding and Readiness at Wiz, you will architect the acquisition of critical skills for the entire Go-to-Market organization, serving as the Lead Learning Architect responsible for designing the foundational curriculum that defines how Wiz goes to market.
- • You will design and own learning paths for all GTM roles, build and refine sales playbooks for storytelling, discovery, and negotiation, drive teaching and reinforcement of the sales playbook, lead high-intensity workshop-style sessions during global GTM bootcamps, act as the primary architect for onboarding content, and partner closely with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure the value framework evolves with product and market position.
