📋 Description

  • Lead the global inbound demand engine for 8x8, driving measurable pipeline impact and accelerating customer acquisition across all regions through strategic execution of paid media, inbound engagement, email marketing, and webinars.
  • Own performance marketing by managing global paid media channels (search, social, display, retargeting, programmatic) with continuous optimization; develop full-funnel engagement programs; scale lifecycle email marketing; and champion webinars as demand drivers in partnership with content and product teams.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Content, Campaigns, and Sales to design integrated campaigns that attract, engage, and convert prospects at scale; lead a small team of channel specialists, fostering innovation, accountability, and impact.
  • Develop expertise in data-driven growth marketing, mastering marketing analytics, attribution, A/B testing, and ROI-focused optimization while advancing leadership in B2B SaaS demand generation.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech.
  • Proven success managing multi-channel paid media budgets across regions.
  • Deep understanding of inbound and lifecycle marketing, including email and webinar-driven funnels.
  • Data-obsessed mindset with strong proficiency in marketing analytics, attribution, and A/B testing.
  • Collaborative, curious, and fast-moving — able to connect strategy with measurable outcomes.

  • Competitive base pay range of $173,200.00 - $259,800.00, with potential for additional rewards including discretionary merit increases, bonus, and/or stock.
