📋 Description

• As Head of Insights at Statista GmbH, you will lead the insights organization to deliver high-quality, relevant, data-driven insights at scale in an AI-driven landscape, directly reporting to the Chief Data Officer and shaping how Statista empowers global users to make fact-based decisions.
• You will define and evolve the strategic value proposition of Statista’s insights offering, drive automation across insights production workflows, design AI-first scalable processes, establish quality assurance frameworks, own topic setting and editorial direction, collaborate with Data Engineering on tools and infrastructure, leverage analytics to measure impact, and lead, develop, and empower six Team Leads managing approximately 40 team members.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ability to design and implement scalable processes that balance efficiency with quality in a fast-paced, output-driven environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience aligning cross-functional teams such as data production, data engineering, and product around shared goals
• A data-driven approach to editorial and topic-setting decisions, with the ability to translate customer analytics into actionable insights strategies
• Outstanding communication skills in English, able to influence and align stakeholders across senior leadership, production, and technical teams
• Experience in managing teams / managers is a plus
• An analytical, structured approach to decision-making and a track record of using data to drive operational improvements
