This role is pivotal in transforming how Deliveroo engages and retains customers in one of its key European markets, directly impacting revenue, customer lifetime value, and brand loyalty.
- • You will own the end-to-end strategy, value proposition, pricing, and marketing of Deliveroo Plus in France, working closely with central Loyalty and Finance teams to grow the active member base through targeted acquisition, retention initiatives, and program optimization, ensuring the program delivers measurable business impact and aligns with broader corporate objectives.

- • You will lead annual and quarterly marketing strategic planning for all French marketing sub-teams, establishing reporting rhythms (weekly, monthly, quarterly business reviews), coordinating deep-dive customer insights projects with the central insights team, and translating findings into actionable marketing initiatives that inform product, pricing, and campaign decisions.

- • You will coach, manage, and develop a high-performing team of 9 marketing professionals, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning, while providing mentorship, setting clear objectives, and enabling career progression within Deliveroo’s fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
- • You will operate within a mission-driven, technology-first company that is redefining convenience in food and retail delivery, where autonomy, agility, and data-informed decision-making are valued, and where your contributions will directly shape the future of customer loyalty and marketing effectiveness in France.
- • You will gain deep expertise in loyalty program economics, CRM optimization, strategic marketing planning, and cross-functional leadership in a high-growth tech environment, positioning yourself as a strategic marketing leader with proven impact on customer retention, revenue growth, and organizational capability.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 7-10 years of marketing experience, preferably in tech or digital-first businesses, with prior experience in loyalty programs or subscription-based models being a strong advantage.
- • Demonstrated strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable marketing strategies and business plans.
- • Proven expertise in relationship management and influencing, capable of operating effectively across levels and functions in a complex matrix organization.
- • Solid project management background, with a track record of managing multiple competing priorities and delivering results under pressure.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English, essential for stakeholder alignment and team leadership.
- • Experience in team management is required, with a history of coaching, developing, and leading marketing professionals to achieve individual and collective growth.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Access to Deliveroo’s comprehensive benefits package, which includes healthcare coverage, well-being initiatives, and support for mental and physical health, tailored to the French market and designed to promote employee welfare.
- • Hybrid remote work flexibility, allowing for a balanced approach to office collaboration and remote productivity, reflecting Deliveroo’s trust in employee autonomy and modern work practices.
- • Generous annual leave entitlement, including additional time off to support volunteering or charitable causes of personal choice, reinforcing the company’s commitment to purpose-driven work and community engagement.
- • Parental leave provisions and pension contributions, supporting long-term financial security and work-life balance during key life events.
- • Opportunity to work in a diverse and inclusive workplace, recognized by Deliveroo France’s 98/100 score on the Gender Equality Index 2024, where all identities are respected and valued.
