- • As Head of Marketing at Firecrawl Inc., you will own the growth engine responsible for acquiring and activating users across content, SEO/GEO, product marketing, partnerships, social, and emerging agent-first distribution channels. You will be accountable for weekly signup pacing and performance, turning growth strategy into a reliable, repeatable system that drives consistent results.
- • Day to day, you will own weekly signup pacing and growth across core acquisition channels, build a defensible signup mix across durable channels like SEO/GEO and partnerships, run cross-channel planning and execution, manage channel owners across content, product marketing, partnerships, brand, and distribution, conduct weekly performance reviews to diagnose misses and ship corrective actions, partner with product and engineering on activation and onboarding constraints, and keep the founder focused on strategy by owning the operational execution of growth.
- • Firecrawl is a small, fast-moving, technical team building essential infrastructure for the AI era. The company enables developers to extract clean, structured web data via a single API call, has achieved 8 figures in ARR and over 100k GitHub stars in just over a year, and operates with a high-velocity, ownership-driven culture where scope is loosely defined and impact is paramount.
