  • • As the Head of Marketing – Omnichannel Strategy & Performance Lead, you will be instrumental in unifying, stabilizing, and scaling our client's omnichannel marketing model. This pivotal role demands a strategic visionary capable of defining what can be truthfully promised to clients, identifying key drivers of retention, and ensuring scalable growth without eroding profit margins.
  • • You will be the architect of a cohesive performance engine, aligning all marketing channels to work in concert and contribute demonstrably to measurable, defensible Return on Investment (ROI). A core responsibility will be establishing realistic ROI benchmarks, aiming for a baseline of 5:1 and exceeding 8:1 on optimized accounts, ensuring every marketing dollar spent yields significant returns.
  • • Strategic budget allocation will be guided by rigorous performance data, ensuring resources are directed to the most effective channels. You will also define scalable service packaging that consistently delivers exceptional results while rigorously protecting profit margins, a critical balance for sustainable business growth.
  • • A significant aspect of this role involves leading the strategic integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) across key marketing functions, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Advertising Engine Optimization (AEO), content creation, and workflow automation. You will identify high-leverage AI tools that not only enhance performance but also boost operational efficiency, positioning the organization as an AI-forward leader in both its messaging and service delivery.
  • • You will be responsible for educating internal teams on the latest AI advancements and overseeing their seamless implementation, redesigning processes where automation can significantly improve speed, scalability, and profitability.
  • • Operationally, you will oversee a diverse team of specialists responsible for SEO, AEO, Geo-targeting, website Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Google Ads, Meta Ads, AI content distribution, social media omnipresence, video integration, and comprehensive funnel tracking. This includes a weekly deep-dive into performance metrics, early detection of underperformance, and precise diagnosis of root causes.
  • • Based on your analysis, you will direct strategic pivots and reallocate budget and effort to ensure alignment with critical revenue outcomes, demonstrating agility and data-driven decision-making.
  • • A key function is the interpretation of combined ROI across all channels, discerning true contribution from mere attribution. You will meticulously analyze metrics such as cost per qualified call, close rates, case value, and patient lifetime value to ensure every marketing activity drives tangible revenue impact.
  • • You will continuously assess the operational requirements necessary to achieve ambitious ROI targets of 8–10x, ensuring the business model is optimized for maximum profitability and efficiency.
  • • As a cultural and organizational leader, you will act as a calm, grounded presence, unifying teams around the shared goal of performance excellence. You will constructively challenge assumptions while maintaining alignment and stability, safeguarding performance integrity, brand promise, client retention, pricing discipline, internal cohesion, and profit margins, especially during periods of merger and expansion.
