- • As Head of Marketing at Labrynth, you will own the company’s narrative and drive demand generation in a high-impact role reporting directly to the CEO, helping build the marketing function from the ground up in a fast-growing regulatory technology startup.
- • Day to day, you will execute content, demand generation, product marketing, and earned media initiatives while managing and developing one junior marketer, building repeatable programs across outbound, paid, events, ABM, and webinars to drive pipeline and revenue.
- • Labrynth is a Global Regulatory Infrastructure Platform building compliance engines for complex, multi-agency environments, operating across six geographies and on track to 5x ARR this year, backed by strong funding and defining a new category in regulated markets.
- • In this role, you will shape the company’s brand, positioning, and growth narrative, gain executive visibility, and build a scalable marketing engine that directly contributes to pipeline, brand equity, and investor storytelling in priority verticals like advanced nuclear, labor compliance, and municipal permitting.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years building B2B marketing functions in regulated industries, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role at a seed or Series A startup
- • Direct experience marketing into regulated buyers across energy, nuclear, infrastructure, construction tech, govtech, permitting, compliance, or financial services
- • Proven track record of building a marketing function from scratch or near-scratch with tangible output and pipeline contribution
- • Strong product marketing instincts: ability to translate complex technical products into clear, differentiated positioning across buyer segments
- • Exceptional writing skills with outcome-first communication in one-pagers, narratives, and emails
- • Comfort generating earned media outcomes directly via personal reporter and analyst relationships in priority spaces such as govtech, regtech, energy, infrastructure, AI, or compliance
