- • Design and implement operating systems for customer segmentation, pipeline management, attribution modeling, and performance tracking across all marketing activities
- • Engineer digital demand generation strategies that optimize the product-led growth (PLG) motion while providing essential air cover to direct sales teams
- • Define the market category by creating the narrative framework, positioning, sales collateral, and enablement materials that make Heidi’s value proposition undeniable to clinicians and executives

- • Serve as the primary architect of Heidi’s commercial narrative in North America, translating complex AI-powered healthcare solutions into compelling, clinician-trusted messaging

- • Work in-person from the New York office to foster collaboration with cross-functional teams and maintain alignment with the company’s fast-paced, results-oriented culture
- • Embrace a startup environment characterized by minimal bureaucracy, no hand-holding, and high expectations for ownership, learning velocity, and execution
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience building and scaling revenue-driven marketing engines in North America with measurable impact on pipeline and closed revenue

- • Deep, hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency, automation, and execution throughput
- • Strong systems-thinking ability—designing scalable operating frameworks, not one-off campaigns
- • Commercial obsession with a focus on revenue outcomes over marketing activity metrics
