  • • As Head of Marketing Operations and GTM Analytics at LangChain, you will be the architect of the data and systems that power the company’s go-to-market engine, ensuring marketing and sales teams operate with precision, clarity, and measurable impact in a fast-growing AI infrastructure leader.
  • • You will partner directly with GTM leadership to define how marketing performance is measured across the entire funnel, translating strategic business questions into analytical frameworks and KPIs that drive annual planning, forecasting, and resource allocation decisions.
  • • Your day-to-day will involve owning and optimizing the full martech stack—including HubSpot, Salesforce, Segment, and BI tools—while building and maintaining attribution models, dashboards, and data pipelines that provide end-to-end visibility into campaign performance, pipeline creation, and revenue influence.
  • • You will lead campaign operations across events, webinars, lifecycle, paid media, and field marketing, ensuring proper tracking, taxonomy, and instrumentation so that every initiative is measurable and optimizable.
  • • You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Data teams to automate workflows, enrich lead data, improve routing and lifecycle management, and eliminate manual processes through integration platforms like Zapier, n8n, Workato, or Make.
  • • You will partner with the data team to maintain marketing datasets in a warehouse-first environment (BigQuery, dbt, Reverse ETL), ensuring the data warehouse remains the single source of truth for all GTM reporting and insights.
  • • You will develop and refine attribution models that quantify marketing’s impact on pipeline and revenue, enabling leadership to understand which channels, campaigns, and tactics truly drive growth.
  • • You will identify opportunities to leverage AI and LLM-powered tools to automate GTM operations, improve productivity, and unlock new efficiencies in marketing and sales workflows.
  • • You will operate within a mission-driven, high-impact culture at LangChain, where your work directly supports the adoption of intelligent agents by millions of developers and powers AI teams at industry leaders like Replit, Cloudflare, Harvey, and Vanta.
  • • In this role, you will grow as a strategic GTM operator, mastering the intersection of marketing, data, and systems thinking—gaining deep expertise in B2B SaaS funnel analytics, martech optimization, and cross-functional leadership that positions you for senior leadership roles in high-growth tech companies.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, with proven success supporting annual planning, pipeline forecasting, and performance analysis to inform GTM strategy
  • • Deep expertise with HubSpot and Salesforce, including campaign setup, tracking, attribution, and lifecycle management
  • • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with modern data stacks (BigQuery, dbt, Reverse ETL, etc.) and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Hex, or similar)
  • • Familiarity with web data and event tracking tools (Segment, Google Tag Manager, server-side tracking) and automation platforms (Zapier, n8n, Workato, Make)
  • • Proficiency using AI tools and LLM-powered workflows to improve productivity and automate GTM operations
  • • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS funnels and GTM metrics, with ability to diagnose and improve complex marketing and GTM systems
