- • Own and define the full marketing strategy for the UK market, aligned with global and Southeast Asia priorities
- • Build, hire, and lead the UK marketing team from scratch, establishing a high-performing, data-driven function
- • Drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across paid media channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and CRM
- • Own and optimize key performance metrics: CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, retention, and LTV
- • Establish and evolve BJAK’s brand positioning, voice, and customer perception in the UK market
- • Build and scale the content and creative engine, including landing pages, video, copy, and campaign assets
- • Manage external agencies, freelancers, and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality marketing output
- • Partner with product, design, data, and commercial teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and product launches
- • Own the marketing budget, including forecasting, allocation, and ROI optimization across all channels
- • Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new products and features targeted at the UK audience
- • Continuously leverage data and analytics to refine marketing strategy, test hypotheses, and improve execution
- • Ensure all marketing activities are grounded in measurable outcomes and performance-driven decision-making
- • Operate with full ownership of UK market entry, positioning, and growth, acting as the primary architect of BJAK’s presence in the region
- • Maintain a hands-on approach, contributing directly to campaign execution, content creation, and performance analysis
- • Function within a flat, high-autonomy organization where impact outweighs hierarchy and titles
- • Deliver results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment by bringing structure through action and accountability
- • Contribute to BJAK’s broader mission of building superior application platforms that increase efficiency and positively impact society
🎯 Requirements
- • 7–12 years of experience in marketing, spanning strategy and execution
- • Proven track record in scaling marketing functions and driving measurable growth
- • Strong expertise in performance marketing and full-funnel strategy
- • Experience building or leading marketing teams, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
- • Deep understanding of paid media, SEO, content marketing, CRM, and analytics
- • Based in London (hybrid flexibility)
