  • • Lead and execute Prezzee’s North America marketing strategy as Head of Marketing, US, reporting to the CMO in Australia, driving growth across B2B and B2C segments in the US and Canada through strategic planning and hands-on campaign execution.
  • • Develop and implement B2B demand generation programs, lead full-funnel B2C campaigns, manage partner marketing initiatives, own regional content and channel execution, build sales enablement materials, and oversee product go-to-market plans in collaboration with global teams.
  • • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Partnerships, and Global Marketing to align marketing efforts with pipeline goals, ICPs, and business objectives while managing regional agencies and contractors for timely, budget-conscious delivery.
  • • Analyze campaign performance, deliver insights and recommendations for optimization, and present results to stakeholders, thriving in a fast-paced environment requiring agility and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8-10 years experience in marketing, campaign management, or growth roles
  • • Proven track record across both B2B and B2C marketing, including lead generation, acquisition, and retention campaigns
  • • Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on executional levels, from campaign planning to implementation
  • • Strong communicator and presenter, able to clearly articulate ideas and results to internal teams, senior stakeholders, and external partners
  • • Experienced collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Partner teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
  • • Commercial acumen with proven understanding of business impact, ROI, and marketing effectiveness, linking campaigns to measurable outcomes
