- • As Head of Operations at Rwazi Inc., you will own the global execution system that ensures reliable, high-quality data capture across Retail Mapping, Consumer Insights, and Multimodal AI Datasets deployments spanning dozens of countries and millions of contributors, directly impacting revenue reliability and client trust by enabling predictable, decision-grade data delivery at scale.
- • You will design and govern the operational machine itself — including activation logic, deployment economics, QA governance, contingency infrastructure, and cross-functional alignment — transforming how Rwazi executes by building scalable, resilient systems that prevent delivery failures and margin leakage.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include owning end-to-end execution across RM and CI deployments, maintaining operational predictability across geographies and time zones, establishing escalation pathways and risk thresholds, and ensuring every client log is delivered on time and at required quality thresholds.
- • You will design global contributor acquisition and reactivation systems, optimize throughput per city and per log, align incentives with delivery velocity and QA quality, and lead the QA function as a control system by defining pass-rate thresholds, rejection logic, and retraining loops to protect client-grade data integrity.
- • You will track and optimize cost-per-approved submission, forecast fulfillment timelines based on early signal velocity, prevent margin leakage through structural discipline, and build Plan A/B/C routing for all major deployments to mitigate risks related to geography gaps, contributor churn, or platform failures.
- • You will align Operations with Sales timelines and client SLAs, collaborate with Engineering to strengthen execution tooling, partner with Community to sustain contributor engagement, hire, train, and manage regional operations leads, define performance standards and accountability structures, and build a culture of execution discipline and ownership across a high-performance global team.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in scaling complex, multi-region execution systems, mastering quantitative modeling of throughput, cost, and forecasting, and designing contingency frameworks that eliminate delivery risk — positioning you as a strategic operator who builds systems that outlast individuals and drive predictable, defensible growth.
- • You will gain direct influence over Rwazi’s ability to scale cleanly, reducing redeployment rates, increasing QA first-pass approval rates, lowering cost volatility, and minimizing reactive firefighting — ultimately increasing client trust and enabling contract expansion through operational excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8–12+ years of experience operating complex, multi-region execution systems, preferably in high-scale marketplaces, field operations platforms, logistics, gig networks, or complex B2B SaaS delivery environments.
- • Proven experience managing gig or distributed contributor networks, including designing incentive structures, acquisition systems, and reactivation workflows at global scale.
- • Strong quantitative reasoning skills with demonstrated ability to model and optimize cost-per-approved submission, forecast fulfillment timelines, and analyze throughput and rate metrics.
- • Builder mentality with experience creating scalable systems from ambiguity, including designing activation logic, deployment economics, QA governance, and contingency infrastructure.
- • Proven leadership in cross-functional delivery organizations, with ability to align Operations with Sales, Engineering, and Community teams to ensure seamless execution.
- • Comfort operating in high-friction, rapidly changing environments, with a track record of maintaining structural rigor while moving quickly under pressure.
